The Akash Suite (Akash Panoramic Suite) sits on the top floor at
Toyam by Orchid, so the outlook takes in Varve Lake, the jungle
beyond it and the property below. At 603 sq ft it is our largest
room, with one king bed, and it is the only category with a bathtub.
Choose it if you want a wide, open view from above rather than a
garden at the door, which is what the Vayu Deluxe Room and Jal
Premium Room give you.
The Akash Suite is 603 sq ft with one king bed. It is set up for two adults, and a third adult can stay on an extra bed, so three adults is the maximum.

The bathtub is particular to this suite; none of the other three categories has one. Add the lakeside infinity pool, Shantam Spa and Sattva Restaurant on the property and the suite works for a wellness programme stay as well as a plain weekend break.

Yes, every Akash Suite rate includes breakfast at the least. On bookings.orchidhotel.com you choose between room with breakfast, room with breakfast plus lunch or dinner, and room with all meals. If you book a residential wellness programme such as Soukhyam, Rasayana or Panchakarma Chikitsa and stay in the suite, meals are part of the programme. Meals are served at Sattva Restaurant, farm-to-fork and seasonal, with breakfast from 7:00 am to 11:00 am and dinner from 6:30 pm.

No, pets are not allowed anywhere at Toyam by Orchid, including the Akash Suite. Day visits are possible through our Day Use room, a separate category on bookings.orchidhotel.com that runs from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm with the lakeside infinity pool, nature trail, cricket and indoor games; fishing and shooting are chargeable. The Akash Suite itself is sold for overnight stays.
